"I confess to have little knowledge with regard to double glazing and selected your company only because it was local to me, and offered a competitive price. My order comprised five windows and a door, but with the specific stipulation that the installation should take no more than one day to fit. This was because the property was rented to a tenant with a child minding business who for reasons of insurance had to find temporary alternative accommodation.
Your fitters arrived exactly on time and explained how they planned to accomodate my request by fitting all the product to 'completion' on the inside of the property first and attend to unfinished work outside at no inconvenience to my client the following day.
Colin & John were as good as their word and I would like to thank them again for taking such care, working steadily, cleanly and overcoming small unexpected obstacles efficiently. They broke nothing, cleaned up and removed all rubbish and were cheerful.

"Having noticed the Tradeframe advert in our local newspaper my wife and I visited the factory in Werrington. We were welcomed by Adam Bellamy, Tradeframe Retail Sales Consultant. Adam demonstrated his sample window, which was impressive. The quality of build, finish and security features were excellent.
Adam visited our home and spent considerable time measuring our window frames and discussing the appropriate styles available. We live in a very old cottage. Every window is of a different size. Nothing is straight or square, so each window needed individual consideration. We were so pleased with the window quality and the effort put in by Adam, we placed an order for seven windows during the visit. A few weeks later a leading fitter from Tradeframe visited to check our window spaces for any potential fitting problems.
A date was agreed for the work to be done. On the agreed date two fitters arrived with our new windows. The seven windows were fitted with care and attention to detail over the next two days. The work was finished off very professionally. There was little damage made to the original plaster and paintwork. Any mess made was cleared up both inside and out and the old wooden windows disposed of. The whole experience was smooth and free from anxiety.
We are really pleased with the final effect. The windows look great and fit beautifully into the old style cottage. The place is warmer and generally quieter. We would recommend Tradeframe to anyone considering new windows and doors.
